An emaciated, grey-skinned figure seen from the stomach up. They are wearing a beaded headpiece, and have a cloth wrapped around their chest, with a string of beads hanging from the cloth. There are blue markings on their body, an earring, and a pinkie ring, and their eyes are swirling black pits. They are holding an apple that has strings of beads around it, and is leaking black liquid down their arm. The background has many strings of beads hanging.

The Hunger

"The unchecked desire for more — it can become a consumptive force all its own. And when that 'more' no longer satiates, it turns to consume its host instead."

- - -

A fantasy ailment known as "the Hunger" that afflicts those with who have become impatient with powerful, unmet (and often unmeetable) desires. It drains its hosts of their vitality and erodes their personality until all that is left is a singular aspiration; meeting that aspiration, however, does not cure the Hunger, instead causing the host to find a new, less achievable goal to strive toward, often with increasingly dramatic costs to themselves and others. The cure instead requires the host to accept the gradual progression toward their desire, or that what they wish for cannot always be achieved.

Side view of the Pokémon Mismagius floating beside a spectral apparition. Mismagius' face is concealed from view. There are decrepit, broken housing walls with exposed bricking in the foreground bottom-left and top-right, and the background middle-left and middle-right. The ground is grassy and a dulled grey. The sky is shown as stripes of blue-grey.

Lost Apparition

Memories and remnants of the past, lingering on in quiet solitude. Abandoned to the passage of time, they stand, steadfast; until they are given peace, and recognition, to advance.

Portrait drawing of a woman with pale white skin staring at the viewer. Her hair is a short blond bob with blunt bangs, and which curves inward over her neck and flares out over the back of her shoulders. She has an ornate headband. Her mouth is slightly parted. Her neck is covered by a high collar. She has blue eyes, black wing eyeliner, and armless glasses resting on her nose; the glasses have red stripes running diagonally through each lens, and her irises through the glass are also reddened.

Gloria Portrait

Practice piece, and minor design update for my D&D Cleric, Gloria. Focus points were shading, and utilizing negative space in coloring.

A misshapen, multicolored cube with some of its cornered being segmented into different colors. It has crosshatching on random parts. There are differently-colored half-circles extending from the left, right, and bottom parts of the cube.

Cubic Production

A simple experimental piece. The two focus points were to use different color-filling methods than I normally do, and to lightly practice hatching and cross-hatching.

Gem & Flower

I originally intended to make this for my birthday in November, as it features my birthstones (topaz, beryl as represented by aquamarine) and birth flower (chrysanthemum), but I ended up putting it off until January, to serve as the 20×21 a year ends contribution.
